Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI-powered website, image, and video generation services, together with the Codibu Social Poster TikTok-integrated social publishing application (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Codibu (“Company,” “we,” “us”). They set out rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

For the purposes of TikTok's developer policies and Login Kit / Content Posting API review, the operator of the Services is Codibu, providing the TikTok integration under the application name “Codibu Social Poster.”

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Services” means the AI-based content creation platform provided by the Company.
• “User” means any member or non-member who receives the Services under these Terms.
• “Member” means a person who registers by providing personal information to the Company and may continuously receive information from the Company and use the Services.
• “Credits” means virtual points required to use the Services.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Services so that Users can easily access them.

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not contrary to applicable law. If amended, the Company will post the amended Terms, effective date, and current Terms on the initial screen of the Services from at least seven days before the effective date through a reasonable period after it.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

The Company provides the following Services:

• AI-based website generation
• AI-based image generation and editing
• AI-based video generation
• AI chat services
• Any other services the Company develops or provides through partnerships

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, replacement or failure of information and communications equipment, or disruption of communications.

The Company compensates Users or third parties for damage caused by temporary suspension under the preceding paragraph, except where the Company proves the absence of intent or negligence.

Article 6 (Membership)

Membership is established when an applicant completes registration by filling in the online application form provided by the Company.

The Company may refuse registration if:

• The applicant previously lost membership under these Terms
• The registration contains false, omitted, or mistaken information
• Registration is deemed to significantly hinder the Company’s technical operation

Article 7 (Credits and Payment)

Credits are required to use the Services. Credits may be purchased or obtained as free credits offered by the Company.

Purchases are processed through payment methods designated by the Company, such as Stripe or PayPal.

Purchased credits are non-refundable and are deducted automatically when you use the Services.

Article 8 (Copyright in AI-Generated Content)

Users own the copyright in content they generate through the Services, subject to the Company’s right to use such content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

Users must ensure generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights; Users bear all liability for infringement.

Users must ensure generated content complies with law and ethics and are responsible for illegal or inappropriate content.

Article 9 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

• Register false information when applying or updating
• Misuse another person’s information
• Alter information posted by the Company
• Transmit or post unauthorized information (e.g., computer programs)
• Infringe the Company’s or others’ intellectual property rights
• Damage the Company’s or others’ reputation or disrupt business
• Post obscene, violent, or otherwise offensive content
• Interfere with stable operation of the Services (e.g., bots, unauthorized automation)

Article 10 (Company Obligations)

The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order, and strives to provide the Services continuously and stably.

The Company implements security measures for personal data, publishes a privacy policy, and complies with it.

The Company handles opinions or complaints from Users related to the Services when they are justified.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Services due to force majeure or equivalent events.

The Company is not liable for service disruption attributable to Users.

The Company is not liable for lost profits or damages arising from materials obtained through the Services.

The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by Users.

Social Poster Service

By using Codibu Social Poster, you agree to these Codibu Terms and to each connected social network’s terms listed below. Social Poster publishes only to accounts you authorize; features may be limited by API quotas, platform policy changes, or developer app review status.

You are responsible for providing and renewing connection credentials (OAuth, app passwords, bot tokens, cookies). Do not share credentials with others or use methods prohibited by the platform.

Scheduled publishing depends on server cron jobs and each platform’s API availability. Codibu does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for delays, failures, or duplicate posts beyond what the platform provides.

Third-Party Platform Terms

Official terms and privacy policies for each integrated platform are linked below. Codibu developer app names are those registered with each provider for OAuth and app review.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the Company and Users shall be brought at the court having jurisdiction over the User’s address at the time of filing, or residence if there is no address.

Disputes may be subject to mediation by an e-commerce dispute mediation body under applicable law, where available.
