Generations fail when credits run out, the prompt is blocked, the model queue times out, or the upstream provider errors.

1. Check credit balance in AI Chat.
2. Shorten the prompt and retry once.
3. Note the exact error text and time — include in a support ticket if it repeats.

• View subscriptions in account billing settings.
